Becoming New Wineskin People
This continues the sixth characteristic of New Wineskin People.
Father is looking for those willing to jettison what is of the “former thing” and be reformed as New Wineskin People. He has a strategic purpose and clear mission for those of us who will say yes.
□ New Wineskin People engage in heaven’s celebration when they worship.
18 "Jehoshaphat bowed down with his face to the ground, and all the people of Judah and Jerusalem fell down in worship before the Lord." NIV
□ Worship is earth’s response when engaging with heaven by bringing heaven into the battle for a guarantee of success.
□ For New Wineskin People worship which engages with heaven is not a process developed or learned but New Wineskin People will begin to recognize in their worship that the Holy Spirit is leading and empowers them.
Worship is an indispensable part of the health and vitality of New Wineskin People lives. Since Father is doing a new thing, much of their life is now drawn from heaven and their connection to it. How aware of heaven are you when you worship?
The next post will continue to focus on hope, the key nature of New Wineskin People and the essential role which the righteous play in Father’s plan as they live connected intimately to heaven in full view of the unrighteous.
